Have you tried our Ole Smoky BBQ? We hickory and cherry wood smoke Boston butts for 12+ hours and when the internal temp is right, we pull them to rest for 30 minutes. We then hand pull it, mixing in just the right amount of crispy outside. We also sell it by the pound so you can take it home or to the lake for that perfect BBQ meal.

This is a 10 oz, thick cut, bone-in porterhouse pork chop. It is dry rubbed with our Ultimate Pork Chop seasoning, grilled and finished with a bourbon glaze. Served with baked potato and salad.
